3. Order Process
Submitting an order form on this website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. Upon receipt of your order, KOMBAINSET WEB SL will contact you via email to confirm the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. A binding agreement is formed only upon written confirmation by both parties.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each project. KOMBAINSET WEB SL will communicate accepted payment methods and schedules via email prior to commencing work. Prices listed on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on project requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project contract. KOMBAINSET WEB SL retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project prior to commencement with written notice. If work has commenced, cancellation terms will be governed by the individual project agreement. Deposits paid for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
KOMBAINSET WEB SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
9. Changes to Terms
KOMBAINSET WEB SL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
